We offer three types of shipping options:
1. Orders weighing under 13 ounces can be shipped using USPS first class mail (2-5 days transit time). This is the least expensive shipping option, which helps save you money on shipping costs!
2. The second option is USPS priority mail (2-3 days transit time). Priority shipping can be chosen for any order.
3. The last option is USPS express mail, which is considered overnight shipping, but can take up to 2 days, depending on when the order is shipped out.
All orders have combined shipping. If you order one item that is 1 lb. and another item that is 5 ounces, both items are put in the same package and shipped to you for the 1lb 5 ounce weight.
Payments Accepted
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept paypal, e-checks, money orders, google checkout and amazon payments as well.
Everyone making a purchase from Massachusetts will be charged a 6.25% sales tax during checkout.

It also means the customer service department knows less about the product and can't answer your questions because they don't have the product in hand.
We may not always have every breed in stock for every product, but this is because we make it our goal to own all the products we list on our website. This helps ensure faster shipping, great customer service, and detailed information on every product you are interested in. We refuse to sell something that we don't believe in so we make sure to examine the quality and detailing of all the products.
